You've learned your first few chords and you can play a few songs. Now what? This class for beyond-beginner ukulele players will help you improve and expand your ukulele skills. We’ll explore some different ways to accompany songs, work on smoothing out our chord changes and keeping a solid rhythm while we sing. Depending on participants, we may also learn to pick out a few simple melodies. By the end of the class you will have tools that you can take with you wherever you go on your ukulele journey. This class will be taught in C tuning (GCEA), and assumes you already know how to play C, F, G, D, Dm, and Am.
The class will be conducted on Zoom. All classes will be recorded and posted for you to review later.
You will be provided with song sheets and other materials for taking the course. You will need to supply your own ukulele.
