Ukulele

In addition to performing at folk clubs and festivals across North America, Eve has a thriving career in the ukulele world. She grew up playing guitar, but somewhere along the way she became intrigued by the humble and versatile ukulele. Encouraged by the blossoming ukulele scene, she pursued opportunities to play and learn, receiving her Level 3 Certification in the James Hill Ukulele Method (JHUI).

Today she is one of the most sought-after ukulele teachers in Toronto, leading the Parkdale Ukulele Group and the Ukulele Orchestra of Toronto (Ukes of T) in addition to teaching private lessons. She has taught and performed at the James Hill Ukulele Institute (Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON), Port Townsend Ukulele Festival (Port Townsend, WA), Midwest Ukulele and Harmonica Camp (Olivet, MI), Dock Street Ukulele Camp (Shelburne, NS), Haliburton School of Art and Design (Haliburton, ON), Winter Folk Camp (Haliburton, ON), Blue Skies Adult Music Camp (Kingston, ON) and the Midland Uke Fest (Midland, ON), and is in demand as a workshop leader and performer at ukulele events near and far.
