You can play some ukulele chords, you've learned a few songs, but you struggle to strum and sing at the same time, and you sometimes have trouble switching easily between chords. Does this describe you? Then “Ukulele Song Bag” is for you! This class is meant for those who are at the earlier stages of learning ukulele. We'll be focussing on improving our basic accompaniment skills and getting more comfortable playing and singing at the same time. We'll keep the focus on a small number of songs, simple accompaniment, and getting over the humps that sometimes challenge beginner and beyond beginning players. This will be a supportive environment to improve your playing, learn some new songs and some new skills, and have fun at the same time. Join us!
The sessions will be conducted on Zoom. All sessions will be recorded and posted for participants to review later.
You will be provided with materials for participating. You will need to supply your own ukulele.
