Fall 2025 classes are now open for registration. All classes continue online except for Ukulele Orchestra of Toronto, which will continue to have in-person AND virtual options.
My Ukulele Start-Up class starts Oct 1, and runs for five weeks. This class for new and new-ish ukulele players will help you get a handle on basic ukulele skills.
In November, I'll be teaching Power To The (Ukulele) People. This is a chance to learn contemporary social justice songs to meet this moment.
I will also be leading a Community Ukulele Band for a very special event called The November Project. Participants will learn five or 6 WWII-era songs to accompany the reading of love letters from a Canadian soldier to his young bride during WWII. We will perform with the creator, Rob Horgan, at the Rivoli in downtown Toronto on Nov 8th.
In January I will start up a new “Chord Melody for Ukulele” class for those who want to learn how to create solo ukulele arrangements.
Ukulele Orchestra of Toronto will be meeting on Thursday nights starting on Sep 11th, with a mixture of in-person and online sessions.
And last but not least, my drop-in Online Folk Guitar Sessions start up again on Sep 9th.
